Dreamster 100 Days Free Trial
Terms & Conditions

a. The Dreamster 100 Days Free Trial is only applicable for Dreamster purchases on Sommeil Terre website (https://www.sommeil.com.sg/).
b. Mattresses must be returned within 100 days.
c. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice detailing customer address and mattress model) must be provided.
d. A trial period of at least 30 days must be fulfilled for the body to accustom and adjust to your new mattress.
e. Each household is only entitled to one mattress return and refund.
f. The 100 days free trial starts immediately upon delivery.
g. If the Dreamster mattress was purchased under a bundle deal with accessories, in the event that the Dreamster mattress is returned for a refund, the remaining item(s) you retain will no longer be eligible for the bundle discount and hence, the price difference will be deducted from your refund.
h. Available return pick up dates will be initiated by Dreamster.
i. Return pick up address must be the same as the delivered address.
j. An additional $100 charge for rescheduling will be incurred should there be any failure for pickups if the customer is not home at agreed scheduled date.
k. Original packaging needs to be present and returned mattress must be in good condition.
l. Mattresses with stains, defects such as fabric rips, bed bugs or smells will be rejected.
m. We reserve the right to not proceed with any returns should we find that the returned requirement of the mattress is not met.
n. Additional charges for return may occur if there is no lift access.
o. A pre-inspection of the mattress is to be conducted before the collection date at the discretion of the company.
